An advanced fork of StepMania, focusing on improved speed, usability between game modes and theme and themer-related enhancements.
StepMania SSC (also known as "sm-ssc") is a new version of StepMania, primarily created for themers.

It makes the assumption that most players play at home (either with a keyboard, dance pad/controller/other input device, or even an arcade machine).
